Ms. Wenqin Zhang contributes 13 years’ executive and financial management experience. Ms. Zhang has served as the CFO and Deputy General Manager of Beijing Jinhuiyou Start-up Investment Management Center (Limited Partnership) since January 2010. The company is a professional venture capital firm dedicated to providing strategic investment consulting and corporate management strategies for clients. In this role, she manages and implements the company’s strategy, implements the company’s financial budget and selects and completes investment projects, among other responsibilities. Ms. Zhang has acquired valuable experience collaborating with the financial management team of enterprise companies such as ExxonMobil and Shell Oil. Her all-round strengths in financial management, marketing, team training, and product planning will be highly contributable to her role as the Company’s General Manager. 

Mr. Fu is an accomplished engineer and executive manager within financial markets with ten years of industry experience. Mr. Fu has worked for San Francisco-based Telmate LLC, a provider of telecom and security equipment for special facilities. This experience has equipped him with a strong business acumen and a deep understanding of tablets, surveillance equipment and motion sensors. Mr. Fu has served as the General Manager of Financial Markets Department of Sichuan Digital Assets Trading Center Co., Ltd., since February 2016. In this role, he is responsible for the department’s operations and management.
